Under Construction 2024This interior renovation which prioritized updates to the original kitchen and bathrooms, touched every space in the existing one-story house. Large casement and awning windows wash the continuous living spaces with light, while new white oak floors and millwork bring warmth to the interior palette. Within the existing exterior walls, the renovation added a new bedroom and a new full bathroom, converting the original two bedroom/1.5 bathroom house into a three bedroom/2.5 bathroom house with an en suite primary bathroom.
